Here at Jim's Total Body Fitness, we utilize MyZone to optimize our fitness classes. MyZone is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that converts into MyZone Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.
By monitoring your effort placed in your fitness activities, one can optimize their fitness gains. It is not how much you work, but rather how hard you work.
