Physical Fitness in fact is more than simply fitness, but rather a study that focuses on several elements including: speed, balance, coordination, flexibility and more. Our class is designed to help train these elements in order to build a stronger you. 

 

 

TRX

 

TRX is a suspension training bodyweight exercise which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It focuses on body weight training and functional body weight training. 

 

 

HIITS

 

Stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This is a form of interval training filled with intense workouts with less intense recovery periods. A great workout focused on maximizing your workout on a limited time.
